Kara Desiderio Recognized at Buffalo State Honors Convocation

Kara Desiderio of Lancaster, NY was among a select group of Buffalo State students whose academic achievements were recognized at the college's annual Honors Convocation held on April 21, 2016. Desiderio is majoring in exceptional education and elementary education.

The Honors Convocation recognizes the undergraduate students who have completed at least 45 credit hours (30 credit hours for transfer students) at Buffalo State and achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative GPA.

SUNY Buffalo State, founded in 1871, offers 165 undergraduate majors in the arts, sciences, professions, and education. More than 9,000 undergraduates have chosen Buffalo State for its academic programs, applied learning opportunities, and affordable tuition.
