Stephanie Dukat Receives Award for Artwork at Buffalo State

Stephanie Dukat, a graduate of Lancaster Central High School received the James Lombardo, Sr. Award at Buffalo State College for her outstanding artwork. Dukat is majoring in ceramics and art education.

The award includes a trip to New York City where Dukat will learn business strategies for a successful career in art. Dukat and the nine other recipients of the award displayed their artwork in the Across the Visual Arts III exhibition at Buffalo State's Czurles-Nelson Gallery. The award was created by James Lombardo to honor his father, James Lombardo, Sr.

Buffalo State offers 166 undergraduate programs and 62 graduate programs, including the largest and most comprehensive visual arts program in SUNY.
